Q. How do I get to the Knowledge section?
Ans. On the member home page, click either the "Knowledge" tab on the top navigation bar, or the "Attend the Program" link.
Q. How do I attend the program?
Ans. You will see a table of contents on the left-side of the Knowledge page. You can expand these by clicking on the plus ("+") to the left of the chapter titles. Click again on the sub-chapter titles that then appear.
Q. Must I view each of the chapters in the table of contents in order?
Ans. No. You do not need to view each of the chapters and sub-chapters in order. However, we recommend you look at the chapters and sub-chapters in order to get the most from the program.
Q. What happens when I click on one of the sub-chapter titles?
Ans. That section of the program will load and you will be able to view it.
Q. What are "Listen," "Read," and "Understand"?
Ans. Most parts of the program have three different sections: Listen, Read, and Understand. "Listen" is a multi-media audio-and-animation presentation. "Read" is a text version of the presentation that also includes illustrations. "Understand" is a set of interactive questions and exercises to help you deepen your knowledge of the subject matter.
Q. Do I need to go through the Listen, Read and Understand segments for each section?
Ans. No. Most people find the Listen section the most helpful at first. Read is good for review and reinforcement, although some people prefer to read rather than hear about a subject.
